Privacy Policy - Schuldenliste
1. Controller
Schuldenliste app (contact details are provided in Google Play Console).
2. Local data processing
The app stores user-entered debtor data locally on the device (for example names, dates, amounts, and payment history). This data is stored in encrypted form.
3. Security
- Multi-layer local encryption.
- Password-protected app access.
- After 5 failed password attempts, a security reset permanently deletes local data.
- Screenshots and screen recording are blocked inside the app.
4. Data sharing
User-entered debtor records are not transmitted to developer-owned servers.
The app uses Firebase Crashlytics for stability monitoring. Technical crash and diagnostics data may be sent to Google Firebase (for example stack traces and technical app/device information).
5. In-app purchases
The Pro upgrade uses Google Play Billing. Purchase processing is handled by Google Play under Google policies.
6. Internet access
Internet access is used only for required platform services (for example crash reporting and Google Play Billing). No cloud sync of debtor records is provided.
7. User controls
Because functional records are stored locally, users can remove data directly in the app: Settings > Reset to factory state. Uninstalling the app removes local app data according to OS behavior.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated if legal or functional requirements change.
